Hamilton understands the strain of caring for a loved one at home and the need to make the right decision. Our staff is willing to help with the care giving. Perhaps you need to get away for an overnight, or weekend stay; your loved one will receive excellent care from qualified staff who are experienced home care providers that will take pride in what they do.

Our homemaker staff mostly consists of family oriented Certified Nursing Assistants working as homemakers. They are dedicated healthcare providers with extensive background in the home care field. Our CNA's have experience caring for individuals who are mildly to moderately physically challenged, dementia, Alzheimer's, cerebral palsy, quadriplegia and other illnesses.

Home supervision done periodically by field supervisor to assure quality care.

Certified Nursing Assistant Take patient/clients vital signs, and check weight (per M.D. Orders) Record Input and Output (per M.D. Orders) assist with personal Hygiene and dressing assistance Oral/Denture care Skin care meal Preparation Supervise Patient medication intake (observe only) take patients to and from M.D. appointments Run Errands

Contact Hamilton Home Care for:

• Hourly Services consist 4 hours or more
• Live-In Caregiver 24 hour care consist of 2 caregivers 4 days on and 4 days off
• Split shifts 24hr care consist of two 12 hours shifts
• Bath Visit consist of 30 minutes-an-hour
• Overnight consist of 1 12 hrs shift
• Emergency Staff with 1 to 2 hour notice

Live-In Services: perhaps you or your loves one need 24 hr care, we can help our staff are trained and dedicated individuals who enjoy working with individuals with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, & other individuals who can not be left alone; the caregivers are very sensitive to one needs in short the gentle approach. The live-In caregiver will need at least 6-to-8 hours of sleep.

Homemakers: can transport clients to M.D. appointments, to and from other errand as needed. Do household chores such as:

• Wash Dishes & clean kitchen area
• Mop Floors
• Dust Furniture
• Laundry
• Personal Assistance
• Keep Bathroom clean
• And much more

Companion: will promote activities, walk the client outside weather permitting and keep the client engaged in conversation & some games, encourage the client to participate with light household duties such as:

• Help Make Sandwiches
• Wipe Table or Kitchen Counter Tops Off
• Help Fold Laundry
• Help Prepare Meals and Other

Bath Aide: will assist or give the client a bath, per preferences

• Shower
• Sponge bath or
• Bed Bath skin care, assist with oral hygiene if needed assist the client with dressing into clean clothing, and clean the bathroom after use.

Pet Care: Unable to walk your pet outside for relief our staff are caring and lovers of pets that understanding how important your pet happiness is to you.

Apart from walking and feeding your pet the caregiver will also make sure your needs are met as well.
